INSURANCE

We currently accept the following insurances:

  • Kaiser (single case agreements only)

DIAGNOSIS

We provide ABA therapy services for clients with autism and other disabilities, ages 1-20 years old. Please provide a comprehensive diagnosis report from a doctoral-level provider (i.e., neurologist, psychiatrist, neuropsychologist, clinical psychologist) to email: hello@beonebehavior.com

 

The report must contain the following items:

​

  • Diagnosis code

  • Assessment tool used to determine medical necessity

  • Referral for ABA services

  • Signature of diagnosing doctoral-level clinician (i.e., neurologist, psychiatrist, neuropsychologist, clinical psychologist)

 

We can provide you with a list of possible referrals to schedule an evaluation.

INTAKE & ASSESSMENT

After you provide us with proof of insurance and diagnosis documentation, we will obtain basic information from you and then request authorization from your insurance to conduct a functional behavior assessment (FBA). After receiving authorization, we will contact you to begin the assessment.

If you are transitioning services from another provider, an FBA may not be necessary.

SCHEDULE

After completing the assessment, we will contact you to schedule the start of ABA services. From the day of your last assessment appointment, we strive to complete the report and obtain authorization to start services within 30 days.

START

We will communicate and walk you through the entire process from Day 1. Our primary goal is to provide superior, ethical services. We will never put you on a waitlist unless that is your request. Your family deserves nothing less than the full support of a qualified and dedicated clinical team.
