FOUNDER & CEO
Kenneth Burg, M.S., BCBA
Kenneth founded Behavior One Autism Solutions on June 28, 2018 with the purpose of offering superior clinical services to individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. In May 2008, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Development with Cum Laude honors from California State University, Fullerton. He was then distinguished as the Outstanding Graduate Student with a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University in May 2011. Kenneth's career in social services began with case management of former foster youth in a transitional housing program, seeking independence as young adults. He then worked directly with severely emotionally disturbed (SED) youth residing in group homes throughout Orange County, California. In July 2009, he began his career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by providing intensive support services for children severely impacted by ASD. His academic and professional experience continued with providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, presenting a range of crises and conditions, involving anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma, substance abuse, grief and loss, and relational distress. In the summer of 2011, Kenneth began supervising the implementation of behavior intervention plans and developmental programs for clients receiving ABA services. He was certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA 1-17-25696) in February 2017. After a decade of surveying common concerns expressed by staff and clients alike, Kenneth endeavored to address these and other barriers agencies and practitioners commonly face in delivering high-quality, ethical clinical services. Behavior One was founded to enrich the lives of our clients in their communities by facilitating mastery and independence.
